Deborah 2/18/2010

I bought this as a present for my son. He loves it. Very easy to set up and use. Great price from MobileCityOnline as well as great service.
Larry 1/4/2010

Very impressive, easy to set up and easy to use. Speaker is also very clear. Great product.
Gary 12/16/2009

WORKS GREAT, EASY TO LINK TO CELL PHONE, LONG BATTERY LIFE, EASY TO OPERATE. ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE FEEDBACK THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END HEARS.
Steve 12/5/2009

EZ to use!! Sound quality excellent!! Great buy!! Thanks Steve
David 11/9/2009

Before I got the blue ant SuperAnt 3 I purchased the Sony HCB 100. The SuperAnt 3 is far superior in Audio quality and ease of use.
Raimundo 5/12/2009

Best
Jack 4/21/2009

Great Product, works as specified.
Robert 4/7/2009

Loved it so much, I bought two more for my sons, and recommended it and Mobile City Online to quite a few co workers. Thanks!!!
Michael 3/28/2009

I just wish it would be able to handle 2 or more lines at a time.
BC 3/20/2009

Absolutely awesome! Great price great product. Exactly what I needed for a hands free solution. I really could never ride around with one of those earpieces sticking out of my ear!
wade 2/18/2009

It works great all the time. Ive asked several people if I sound good or if I sound "like Im on a speakerphone". Most people say its a good sound and they didnt know I was using a hands-free device. I wish the BlueAnt had one more level of volume. Although I havent needed it yet, I predict it would be good for window-down highway speed conversations.
Dorothy 2/11/2009

AWESOME ! ! Easy to operate, inexpensive, voice recognition wonderful once you used first name then last name!
Lance 2/11/2009

Love it! I have had a BlueAnt SuperTooth Ligh for over a year and purchased 2 Super tooth 3 units for the other cars in the family. The SuperTooth 3s enhanced features work well. Sound quality is excellent even between two cars using the units, no echo and limited road noise.
Brian 1/28/2009

The Blueant is awesome. We have bluetooth enabled stereos and navigation in our vehicles but much prefer to use this device. The sound clarity at both ends is excellent!
Don 1/28/2009

This is one neat product. It links automatically everytime I get in the car. Battery life is super. Easy to set up. Callers like the voice quality. So much better that an earpiece. I was surprised that it worked well with my eyeshade down and turned to the side. It worked well both on the window side and the interior side of the sunshade.
Mark 1/27/2009

The product works as advertised. We are happy with it.

Excellent, easy to set up!
Benjamin Cisco form Southern Wv 1/7/2009

I have just received this product it works great...the only problem i had with it is it would not upload my address book and it wouldn't let me upload it manually because my phones did not support this feature.... have both a lg.. Vu and Shine but as far as that goes everything is wonderful. i love the stylish sleek design and how good you can hear the person and how good they can hear you. if your looking for a car speakerphone that announces your callers name then make sure you phone is compatible. but if you don't care if it just announces the number of the caller and want a really great speakerphone i highly suggest the blueant supertooth 3 for anyone.
ken 1/1/2009

1/01/2009 the best
Risa 1/1/2009

Minor problems with voice recognition. You need to get just the right voice pitch. Once you have the system working, its great. Listeners do say that the system picks up alot of surrounding noise.

Laura 12/29/2008

Bought this as a gift and the quality and price are unbeatable.
Paul 12/17/2008

Product is easily setup in moments. Great for transferring from one car to another. Can be paired up to 8 different phones in the house. Person calling can be hear clearly and doesnt need to repeat what was just said. Microphone works so well that it is difficult to know if the person is holding the phone or talking on the speakerphone, maily they dont sound far away.
Richard 12/15/2008

Great product. Still learning how to best use the devise. Only problem thus far is there is some feedback noise when calling another person when useing the voice translator to make the call. Otherwise I am completely satisfied thus far.
Michael 12/15/2008

No complaints except that it is a little complicated when it comes to calling out, but recieveing calls is fantastic. I believe we should limit our cell conversations while driving so the fact that it discourages you from dialing out and lets you screen your calls in is PERFECT.
Richard 12/12/2008

ST3 really works well. Even though my PPC6800 (Sprint Mogul) does not support downloading the contact directory, doing it manually wasnt difficult--I did about 300 manual downloads in 2 hours.
The incoming speaker is night and day better than any other that I have heard in a hands free device while in a car.
John 12/10/2008

Easy to set up and install; excellent clarity and reception.
Richard 12/9/2008

BlueAnt SuperTooth 3 falls way short of my need. This product does NOT live up to its worth!!!
Scott 11/19/2008

Nice design, volume is great when turned up for the whole vehicle to hear for conference call. Easy setup, Love the magnet attachment design-easy to remove to change cars or to charge. Overall, very satisfied with the product thus far.
MARTY 11/13/2008

It works exactly as described. The address book upload feature is quite nice! Perfect to share with my wife and portable enough to move from car to car, given the extra visor clip that is provided. Its super nice that you can pair it to multiple bluetooth devices!
Harry 11/1/2008

Works flawlessly. Easy as A,B,C
William 10/21/2008

Have not had the time to activate it to my cell product, but will do so this week. I am sure that it will be fine
Phillip 10/6/2008

This is the second BlueAnt product purchased this year from your store. The first was a Supertooth light, which unfortunately had to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement due to a faulty catch on the antennae off/on switch. Both products are otherwise very satisfactory as is the service that I received from MOBILECITYONLINE.COM and so far from the BlueAnt. I have happily recommended your store to many friends, family, and co-workers because of your speedy service and competitive prices. I am glad to have discovered this resource to meet all of my needs. Thanks again for the prompt, courteous, and timely response to my orders! Phil C. in Indiana
Jonathan 9/30/2008

Works very well. Long charge life, and simple to use.
Diana 9/23/2008

Picks up big rig noise in side cab and wind noise
Michael 9/20/2008

the audio is a little rough
a. 9/15/2008

It works great in the car. The noise cancelling function even canceled out the music on the radio for the person calling. I have had multiple bloototh car hands free kits and this is by far the best.
Eric 9/12/2008

IM NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT. I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE, ONE FOR ME AND ONE FOR MY COLLEAGE. MY CUSTOMERS COULD NOT HEAR ME VERY WELL AND I COULD NOT HEAR THEM VERY WELL WITH MAX VOLUME. ALSO, MY CONTACTS WOULD NOT LOAD INTO THE UNIT. WE ARE SENDING THEM BACK TO MOBILECITY NEXT WEEK. SO FAR MY MOBILECITY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT SATISFACTORY. UNFORNTUNATLEY, I CANT SAY THE SAME IN REGARDS TO THE BLUEANT SUPERTOOTH III.
John 9/9/2008

terrible in a tractor trailer
John 9/9/2008

was not as good as advertised very disapointed with this product, sent back today. i drive a semi and need a hands free this product seemed 2 b my answer but had worse quality than my $29 earbud bluetooth
Mitchell 9/2/2008

Overall I like the product.
Mark 9/1/2008

the only improvement I would suggest is that they add voice dialing. I know this is dependant on the phone. Hopefully Apple will put this in their next their next firmware upgrade.
Laurie 8/25/2008

I bought this as a gift after purchasing several of the same model for work and hearing rave reviews from 9 employees.
Pamela 8/23/2008

Spreaker audio sound is very clear. Unable as yet to download address book from my ATT GO Phone.
sheryl l 8/21/2008

Works great and love the speech answer capability, and sound quality is really good except for when you need to call out. You can barely hear the voice that asks for a command, but figured out that the voice comes from your personal cell phone through the BlueAnt and it doesnt utilize the voice that comes with the BlueAnt for that feature. Otherwise calls come through loud and clear and people on the other end can hear me clearly as well.
Ruth Ann 8/19/2008

Works great! My husband wears two hearing aids, this has helped him so mucn.
NINO 8/18/2008

Good Service
Carolyn 8/16/2008

Love it.
Allen 8/16/2008

Excellent features. Trouble-free and simple setup. A better microphone and echo suppression software (sounds like you are talking from a cave) would have made this product perfect.
John 8/13/2008

Love it
Jill 8/11/2008

This is my second purchase of the BlueAnt Super Tooth 3. I purchased as gifts for my dauther and mother. Both love the hansfree dialing and call pickup. Will probably purchase on for myself. I have recommended this product to my friends.
Maria 8/7/2008

So far, I love it. Easy to hook up and transfer contacts. Seems to work quiet well. People say they can hear me clearly.
Steve 8/6/2008

Supertooth 3 is excellent. I feel very independent from the use of an ear piece or having to be wired to the phone. Mobile City is a top of the line business and its staff is a great help. I take my hat off to the supertooth 3 that htey sold me and also to the Mobile city staff.
Jennifer 8/4/2008

The Supertooth 3 has excellent sound- and noise-cancellation technology and also features advanced voice recognition software, so you can answer and end calls simply by speaking to the speakerphone. It will also read out incoming caller ID to you, so you can keep your eyes on the road. I can hear my callers just fine, and they could hear me very well, too. Volume was definitely loud enough. Where the Supertooth 3 sets itself apart from a lot of other speakerphones- it will automatically go into phonebook transfer mode. If your phone does not support automatic transfer, you can do so manually if your phone supports phonebook transfers at all--BlackBerry and most smartphone owners might have to do this. The reason behind the phonebook transfer is so it'll recognize caller ID, and say something like Call from Eric when there's an incoming call as opposed to announcing the number. You can activate voice answer if you wish, which lets you speak voice commands like Answer, OK, Accept, or Accept Call to answer a call. Features on the Supertooth 3 also include an automatic vibration sensor reconnection. So if you open and close the door to get in the car, it'll sense the vibrations and automatically find your handset to reconnect. Great Product!
P. 8/4/2008

Excellent product. Works better than the BlueAnt SuperTooth Lite. Clear audio, easy to setup and use. LOVE IT!
Jack 7/29/2008

love the product look forward to using it every day since Im on the road all the time
Robert 7/28/2008

Bought 2 from you. Excellent!
Dominic 7/28/2008

Computer enhanced voice is hard to hear. The SuperTooth 3 is not as convenient to use as SuperTooth 2, which has level to turn on and off the unit and knob to control volume. But I like the voice activated answering feature.
Anna 7/28/2008

This product is awesome. Easy to install, and works exactly how described. The order processing was quick and I received the product within 2 days.
JOHN 7/28/2008

well we tried 3 other items none worked then i spoke to your staff they recommended this product we are very happy with it it works wonderfully and your staff are all great. thanks
Jason In Seattle 7/28/2008

The best handsfree device I have ever used and the only one that will work with an iphone. Fast shipping and really easy to setup.
joel 7/26/2008

A must for those who want a hands free with no installation. Great text to speech, very loud, I have my windows open radio on listening to Los Angeles traffic and still hear an incoming call. Of course I roll the windows up and turn down the radio to take the call. People on the other end have no problem hearing me. EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!
Sharon 7/26/2008

Super simple ! What a great product!!!!!
yaniv 7/26/2008

This product works great and the shipping was very fast but i could find it cheaper in other on-line store, about $15-$20 less.
anne 7/25/2008

I can hear people very clearly, but people have a hard time hearing me clearly. I will probably go back to my Motorola H12 earpiece.
Rhonda 7/25/2008

I am very happy & satisfied with my BlueAnt. It is convenient & simple to use. The sound is nice & clear. It announces the incoming phone # but not the name. Overall I would recommend this product.
david 7/25/2008

I drive truck and some times its hard to hear
Frederick 7/24/2008

Works exactly as advertised. Im very satisfied with the purchase.
E Wender 7/24/2008

Everyone tells me that there is too much noise interference. I am very unhappy! If I wanted to drive around town with the windows up and the radio off all the time, then I may be pleased with the product. Any suggestions? The voice activation calling feature is also not the best, overall I have to say I should have stuck with my earpiece. I have a convertible, and forget even being able to use it and have anyone hear me. The salesperson was great, but the product is a big ZERO
susan 7/24/2008

This is the COOLEST thing since my iPod. I love how it talks to me!! In an English accent, too! My friends and family no longer complain of road noise. I rarely use my Jawbone because 95% of my cell phone use is during my long commutes (stop and go traffic).
Paul 7/24/2008

Great technology. Speaker difficult to hear on some calls. Nowhere near the volume as are the "canned" prompts in the Supertooth 3, and yes we have it on maximum volume.
James F 7/24/2008

Have only used for a few days but so far it seems to work well and as advertised.
Melissa 7/23/2008

Easy to use and figure out. Makes driving and talking easy. I dont have to worry about a ear piece!
Marlyene 7/23/2008

I have only used it a few times but I was able to get it up and running very quickly. The instructions were clear and its operation is simple.
beverly 7/19/2008

Im having trouble getting it to announce the caller. It announces the phone though. Im working with Blue Ant and Motorola to correct this problem. They keep pointing the finger at each other. Blue Ant assured me that I had the most updated version.
Victoria 7/15/2008

Easy to set up. Simple to use. Great product.
Kerry 7/14/2008

The voice used for voice feedback is somewhat difficult to understand and the speech recognition isnt the best, but considering the price I think it is acceptable. The audio on both ends is clear with sufficient volume. Syncing with my BlackBerrys phone list was easy and it uploaded 200 entries with no problem.
Phillip 7/14/2008

Except for address books not working properly with the iphone and Blackberry 8800, this is a solid speakerphone which I would recommend to anyone
Barry 7/11/2008

does exactly what it claims to do. no problems setting up and using.
Marvin 7/10/2008

Nice product but syncing the phone book with a Verizon phone is a pain. Still havent worked it out. I would also like to suggest that you offer a shipping method other than the US Postal service. They tried to deliver the package to my office on a Saturday and it ended up bouncing all over the city for 4 days before I finally got it.
JOHN 7/10/2008

The unit is excellent for a portable unit----the only type better is the units that are factory insstalled.
JOHN 7/10/2008

excellent for a portable unit--the only thing better is the units that come built in from the factory.
MARTY 7/9/2008

Took some time to get the address books to sync up with the three (3) different Bluetooth devices that I paired. It works as advertised and I had it up and running in under 3 minutes. I love the fact that the battery life is 8+ hours off a single charge.
Scott 7/9/2008

I am generally very happy with my SuperTooth 3. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the volume. When the unit announces a call, it is loud and clear, but then when the caller comes on, it can be hard to hear when driving. I have to ask them to speak up on occasion.
Jim 7/7/2008

very satisfied with this product. Had to talk to tech services a couple of times and fiddled with it a bit...but ultimately it is outshining expectations. Very happy.
Ricardo 7/7/2008

The voice commands are barely picked up. Most of the time I have to press the button to answer to incoming call versus what the product descriptions states that a voice command would be able to answer the call. Everything else works great!
JAMES 7/4/2008

I didnt want to pay the price just to go handsfree with my cellphone, but I use my Blackberry too much at work to just turn it off. I really hate in-the-ear devices and havent had great luck with on-the-ear either. Besides, Im just weirded out by folks walking around with a glowing blue ear and talking to themselves. So, I ordered the BlueAnt ST3 from MobileCityOnline since the reviews of most Bluetooth speakers for cars noted at least one major fault with each device - except for this new device from BlueAnt. The reviewers were right. The Supertooth 3 is exactly as advertised: easy to use, great sound, voice recognition, lightweight, long use time and the people Im talking to rarely know its not a regular landline. Ive only used it for a week but I have recommended it to half-a-dozen friends. And it may not mean much to other folks, but it doesnt hurt that the voice sounds like Elizabeth Hurley (if you choose the British accent voice).
Gregory 7/2/2008

The SuperTooth 3 is easy to set up and operates very intuitively. The quality of the sound on both ends is exeptional. Im very happy. The negatives seem to be related to features that are not included anyway. GB Daly City, CA
Monte D. 7/2/2008

1. I have to say, that the BlueAnt SuoerTooth 3, is really nice, except, it has not been able to upload my LG ENV 9900 address book, which I am puzzled about at the moment????? Can you advise me about this? Or, have suggestions?
2. The BlueAnt is very clear !!!!!!!!
3. Your phone support is also very well informed & courteous & the regular ground shipping was fast!
Sincerely,
Monte D. Duarte
Cardiva 7/2/2008

Great product. Very very easy to set up. Still cannot get product to annouce in coming calls with names only phone numbersa.
Patrice 7/2/2008

Easy to install. Very good voice/sound quality.
Stephen 7/2/2008

Simply, straightforward and easy to set up and use. Only thing that isnt outstanding is the quality of the mic but it is good enough!
Rodney 7/1/2008

Product works great! I discovered that if I turn off my radio while talking through the blue tooth device, my reception and sound clarity were much better. I bought one for my friend and she loves it! Works great with my iphone.
Charles E 6/27/2008

It works with her phone, but the phone isnt as good as the BlueAnt
Mark 6/27/2008

No problems so far. I wish it would stay connected when the mobile phone leaves and returns to teh car. Other than that, the product has worked well. Also allows for two-way direct connect with nextel. They should advertise this fact for Nextel users.
Steve 6/26/2008

I havent really had a chance to use the Blueant as its been w my wife, but she seems to be very pleased w the product
Tina 6/21/2008

The SuperTooth 3 Bluetooth is GREAT.... it really does everything for you ........ Just say the number & it dails it for you .....you just talk and drive ....the only thing is that it does not say the complete phone number that is calling you....... Try it ...youll love it....
Cliff 6/20/2008

Works great. Needs better integration with iPhone (cannot speak names from iPhone address book).
Brian 6/20/2008

Set up is easy and pairing straight forwrad. The speech recognition isnt as easy and I cant figure out how to bail out of a query or process once its under way. Sometimes my command is understood and sometimes it isnt. Im careful to reduce ambient noise and speak directly at the microphone. Ill keep practicing. Receiving calls is seamless and the volume and voice quality are acceptable.
Kristine 6/19/2008

Works just like they say it does. Yay!
Steven 6/18/2008

I love this unit, however some lcd readout of the name of the caller would be great, as the unit only announces the number of the caller, not the name listed.
Stephen 6/17/2008

The size and functionality is great and simple to use. Connected to my phone quickly and the import of phone contacts was seemless. Magnetic visor clip makes it easy to remove and store out of site or take inside to use as a speakerphone.
James 6/12/2008

sounds good my end but complaint of ringing from other end...???
Charles 6/12/2008

Terrific product, had some trouble loading my telephone book.
Kenneth 6/12/2008

Ive only had a couple ocassions to use the product. The Supertooth seems to do its part well. Receiving a call works well. Dialing with my Verizon LG ENV phone seems a bit lacking. The Supertooth simply passes your voice commands to the phone and uses its voice recognition. It may simply be the phones fault. It seems to go down my contact list asking did you say ...
Although the Supertooth volume control is quite loud, the volume control while actually on the phone seems to be controlled by something else, possibly the phone? Im not quite sure about that.
It could be me. I have some playing to do.
I do like the way that the unit mounts. The unit has two strong magnets that keep it attached and hanging from a metal clip that you slide on the sun visor. Its about the same thing as a paper clip. If you want to take the unit out of the car, simply grab it and pull. When you want to put it back, let it stick to the clip. Probably 1 second to remove and 5 seconds to wiggle the unit into the proper slot on the clip.
Has a USB port but thats not for programming from a computer, its simply the format of the plug to charge the unit.
It only actively pairs with one phone at a time. I was hoping that it would pair with both my phone and the wifes phone if we are both in the car at the same time. Which ever phone rings, the Supertooth should answer. Dont know how to distinguish which phone should be used while making a call though?
This is my first hands free kit so, Im struggling with mis-conceptions.
Andrew 6/12/2008

The product does have a software quirk, if the on - off button is not held down until shut off, it begins to redial the last number received.....
Other than this anomoly, the product performs to everyone of the manufacturers specifications.
michael 6/12/2008

This product works exactly as described, I have recommended it to all my friends (many of whom have now purchased the very same product from MobileCity. Your service was GREAT. It was a real pleasure doing business with MobileCity. I will buy from you again.
Robert 6/11/2008

It is too hard to set up. I am disappointed that it cannot handle two cell phones simultaneously. I had hoped that it would handle two passengers in the car.
Joanne 6/10/2008

I purchased this for my husband and he uses it for business calls on his Motorola Razor. The speaker volume is really loud and clear. Its an amazing product. I may purchase one for myself, because my iPhone speakerphone volume is terribly low. The item (backordered) was shipped immediately and I received it fast. Customer service via phone was excellent as well!
David 6/9/2008

The only problem I have is when I forget to shut off the unit when I get home. If it is still on, my calls are answered in the car because the garage is attached to the kitchen.
Robert 6/8/2008

Im not at all happy with the product. It was dupposed to tell me who is calling by printing out the name of the person that I have entered into my phone, such as "home" or "Rons Cell". It only gives me the phone number and not the name. When I called their support, they did nothing to help me. I wont recommend this product to anyone. They should had advertised that it does not read out the name.
robert 6/8/2008

it is a very good product. but it doent really live up to all the hype. the answer by voice does not work very well. a person would be better off buying the less expensive version of bluetooth without voice answer.
Tom 6/5/2008

best aftermarket device I have found, but not as good as I would ultimately like to have.
Archibald 6/5/2008

So far, the unit is working very well.
Relda 6/5/2008

Im very happy with my BlueAnt SuperTooth 3. So far, no problems. Ive recommended it to a colleague.
Todd 6/5/2008

Simply wonderful! For a person with very little tech savvy it works well and keeps you safe behind the wheel. Most impressed with sound quality and voice recognition capabilities. Planning to buy another for my spouse.
maria 6/5/2008

I like this product and Im quite satisfied with it. The only complain I have is the volume adjustment. There is only 1 adjustment for the speakerphone. If you lower the volume the caller cant hear you very well. If you increase the volume, then its too loud on your ear. It gives me a headache. If you try to move the bluetooth away from you, then they cant hear you. When you put this in the visor, you have to position this bluetooth where your mouth is directly facing the microphone. And it does put the speakerphone very close to your ear.
Lee 6/5/2008

very nice product. It was worth waiting for.
Kris 6/4/2008

I am still learning how to use it. The instructions and actual usage arent as easy as I had hoped.
Mark 6/4/2008

I actually prefer the Supertooth II for clarity but the ST 3 hooks up more quickly and consistantly to my phone without prompting.
robert 6/4/2008

I love this gadget. I actually use my phone hands free now and wont get brain cancer. It is so simple to use. In reality, it is a product that is sorely needed and it is also great fun when you have a lot of people in the car. I can also use it while I work on my computer and my cell phone rings. Great gizmo. Wish they were a little less expensive so I could get one for each of my kids.
John 6/4/2008

Overall, its great. I do wish I could boost the volume for sound from my phone relative to the volume of the Supertooth announcements. The announcements are much louder than the voices of people Im talking to.
