Mobile City Online Return Policy & Instructions  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges)
• 14 days for mobile phones, smart phones and tablet PC's. (restocking fee applies for open box returns)
• 30 days for mobile phone related accessories.
• For health reasons all in-ear headphones and headsets that have been opened may only be returned if proven to be defective

**All open box returns are subject to restocking fees (see below for details)

Return Rules:

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

If any of the above conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customers expense. In Some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 50% for the replacement of damaged, altered, or missing contents.

All Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. To retrieve your RMA number please click here

Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Refunds on returned items will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or third party account such as PayPal, Google checkout or amazon payments
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer, check or cash (in-store) will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

Restocking Fees on Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and Tablet PC's:

Due to costs associated with processing a return and refurbishing the returned Device, you will be charged a one-time restocking/refurbishing fee of 15% (which will be deducted from your refund) . Additional deductions to your refund may be made for damage to the Device or missing components. Please note that you will not be charged the restocking/refurbishing fee if you return the Device in its original condition and in unopened packaging within the fourteen day period.

Important Notes:

Phones returned with Physical Damage or Water/Liquid Damage will not be processed and will be returned at customers expense.

Phones that become non functional due to a firmware change (also known as ROOTING) CANNOT BE RETURNED and must be sent to the manufacturer or a repair center for service.

Restocking Fees on Mobile Phone Related Accessories: reserves the right to refuse or charge a restock fee of not less than 50% on returned accessories that are not returned in “Like-New” condition, which includes missing, damaged or altered contents.

We cannot accept returns on:

Blister-packed items once opened.
Software once opened.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, digital memory, tapes, batteries, etc.

Items past our 30 policy

Please Note: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please Note: RMA numbers are set to expire 14 days from date generated.

Return Instructions:
• Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
• For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
